It has arrived, a brand new year!  I love new beginnings as it provides opportunities to make positive changes and January 1st is certainly a new beginning.  There is great excitement when a new year arrives with new hopes and dreams, greater anticipation and expectations, and a shaking off of the old and grabbing on to the new.

One of my favorite movies is the Last Holiday starring Queen Latifah.  It is filled with wonderful messages such as possibilities becoming realities, having the courage to follow your dreams and seizing the opportunities for new beginnings.
